The Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) Project is one of the largest health care projects in British Columbia's history. It is a joint undertaking between Vancouver Coastal Health, the Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care to complete a significant transformation of clinical practices and systems.
This is an exciting project that will deliver key benefits for our patients, health care providers and health organizations. We are looking for Nurses to join us for the first phase of implementation at VCH sites including Lions Gate Hospital and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor.
Provides clinical information system (CIS) education and instruction including individual and group learning opportunities in support of the implementation of CST. Adapts, implements and evaluates education programs and resources using specialized theory and knowledge of generalized and specialized clinical or non-clinical practice as applicable, as well as teaching and learning principles and processes. Consults, confers and collaborates with educators and clinical / non-clinical program and team members in promotion of continuous quality improvement, resolution of education issues and coordination of activities required for progressive educational and clinical practice programs. Takes corrective action with respect to individual and group learning needs, escalates issues as necessary and communicates progress with team and Manager.
