Job Title: Physiotherapist 2
Work Site: Minoru Residence, Richmond, BC
Status: Regular Full Time - Baseline 
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $33.14 - $41.35 per hour
Hours: 0800-1600, rotating days off

JOB SUMMARY:

Practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC) as well as within a resident/client and family centered care model and the vision and values of the organization. Supports the interdisciplinary program/team in achieving program and resident/client goals, supervises designated non-paramedical staff, schedules and coordinates work assignments and establishes priorities and problem solves. Participates in quality improvement activities and supports clinical innovation. Responsible for all clinical aspects of the assigned caseload as they relate to physical therapy practice, utilizing recognized physiotherapy assessment and intervention approaches. Works collaboratively with members of the health care team, including residents and families, to set physical performance and capacity goals, evaluate response to treatment and develop long term care plans.
