VCH Careers is undergoing a small technical issue with our systems. We are aware of the issue, and are working diligently to fix it. Please check back later today and we should be back up and running. Thank you for being patient, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“In our business we save lives. We’re dealing with life-threatening problems, such as trauma cases requiring emergency surgery. I love how the whole team just jumps into action and pulls together. It’s so rewarding for each member of the surgical care team to go home at the end of the day knowing they helped save someone’s life. I’m so lucky. I have a job that is meaningful and that I enjoy, and I get to work with really great people.

One of the biggest cultural changes I’ve seen in the past 15 years is how VCH has supported the development of leadership skills for physicians. I remember when the surgeons and administration almost functioned separately. Now physicians and surgeons are fully involved in leadership and service planning. We work together with VCH administration as a team, with the shared goal of improving patient care.”
