Clinical and Systems Transformation is a joint undertaking between Vancouver Coastal Health, Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care to complete a significant transformation of clinical practices and systems.
The Clinical and Systems Transformation (CST) project will streamline care with clinical design teams creating standardized, evidence-informed clinical practices and a powerful, new integrated clinical information system.

Coastal implementation
Be a health care pioneer.
We are now recruiting for nurses and nurse educators to start 3 to 5 month temporary full-time roles starting in January. If you are currently working in Medicine, Surgery, Mental Health, Acute Palliative, Emergency and Perioperative Services, then we want to hear from you!
As a working member of a unit-based clinical team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop professionally as you deliver patient care: you’ll be among the first to learn how to use the new system in a real clinical setting (not in an office.)
- Work with a skilled team to provide clinical support leading up to, during, and after the system goes live.
- Take what you’ve learned back to your home unit, so you’ll be ahead of the curve when the new system goes live at your site.
