Harm reduction: Toward the Heart
Provides a broad range of coordinated mental health and substance use services for adults aged 19 or over. This service includes specialized assessments and consultations, case management services, rehabilitation and vocational services as well as psychosocial rehabilitation programming.

- Aged 19 or older
- Experiencing mental health concerns both with or without substance use concerns
