Adult Short-Term Assessment and Treatment (ASTAT) provides short-term counselling support to individuals 19 years and older who are suffering from a problematic mental health and/or substance use concern.
Adult Short-Term Assessment Treatment (ASTAT) provides assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns through individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and psychiatrist referral. Individuals accessing ASTAT will typically work with a multidisciplinary team in a group-based skills-based workshop. Individuals who require more intensive services may connect with a counsellor for brief individual therapy.
