Adult Short-Term Assessment Treatment (ASTAT) provides short-term counselling support to adults aged 25 or over who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns.

    • Doctor or nurse practitioner referrals are also accepted. If you are a physician or nurse practitioner looking to refer, please fax a completed Sea to Sky Referral Form to 604-815-4197.
