The Alzheimer's disease and related disorders clinic provides assessment, diagnosis, care and support for patients with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and their families.

The Clinic team includes: geriatrics, neuropsychology, neurology, social work, geriatric psychiatry, genetic counselling, and neuropathology.

    Download the Alzheimer referral package and fax the completed form to our clinic at (604) 297-9684.

The service is located on the 2nd Floor of the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health on the UBC Hospital Campus.

Check in at Alzheimer Disease and Related Disorders reception desk when you arrive.
