Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

Anne Vogel Clinic, located in the Richmond Community Health Access Centre, provides comprehensive assessment, support and Opioid Agonist Treatment to Richmond residents and people living in surrounding areas who are using opioids.

  • Take Home Naloxone Kits and training
  • Opioid agonist therapy program (OAT)(methadone, suboxone)
  • Group and individual counselling
  • Needle exchange and safer-use supplies​
  • Harm reduction education
  • Referrals to community resources

  • Education/support groups
  • Primary care services for clinic patients with substance use issues

    Self referrals are accepted by calling 604-675-3975 or people can walk in during clinic hours. Clients may also be referred by a health care professional.

Parking information

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.
