The Hip and Knee Arthritis Surgical Assessment Program (ASAP) provides assessment of patients with hip and knee osteoarthritis by Advance Practice Physiotherapists.

Check eligibility
We see patients with hip or knee osteoarthritis who may be considering a joint replacement.

Get a referral
A referral is required. Have your care provider complete the Pacific Orthopedics centralized patient referral form and fax the completed form to (604) 914-2521.

- Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed

We are located inside the Outpatient Care Center.
Paid visitor parking is available in the hospital parkade on 15th Street, east of St. Georges Avenue.
