How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Program is available for individuals who are experiencing cognitive challenges due to substance use.

  • Self-refer

    Self-referrals are accepted.  Call the Richmond Mental Health Central Intake at (604) 204-1111 to refer yourself to the program.

  • Speak with your doctor

    Clients may be referred by a health-care professional.

    Speak with your doctor about CARSU and have them complete the Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use referral form and fax it to (604) 244-5487.

Closed on statutory holidays.

Parking and transportation

Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.  

Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
