Comprehensive geriatric consultation program that offers assessment and treatment services for Richmond residents, age 70 and older. Specializes in care for individuals with complex physical, cognitive, and chronic disease management challenges who require a Geriatric Medicine consultation.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Richmond residents aged 70 and older. Clients must have a primary care provider.

  • Get a referral

    This service requires a referral from a family doctor or primary care provider. The referral form must be completed by a midwife, physician or nurse practitioner.

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.
