The Immunization Clinic at Raven Song Community Health Centre provides seasonal and routine vaccinations for infants and children, sexual health vaccines, and routine immunizations for adults with complex needs or medical conditions.
Book an appointment at the Raven Song Community Health Centre Immunization Clinic:
- Infant/child routine immunization immunization appointments (ages 0 to 4)
- School-aged child routine immunization appointments (Kindergarten to Grade 12)
- We offer adult immunization appointments to adults who meet eligibility criteria. See eligibility details below. If you meet this criteria, call (604) 709-6400 to book an appointment.
- For healthy adults who do not meet this criteria, please speak with your primary care provider, or visit your local pharmacy.
Immunizations offered at The Immunization Clinic at Raven Song Community Health Centre:
- Routine infant and childhood immunizations following the immunization schedule
- Sexual health vaccines (eg, Mpox, HPV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A)
- Immunizations to adults with complex medical conditions, do not have a medical service plan or require vaccines that are in limited supply.

How to access

Check eligibility
- Resident of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority region.
- Check you or your child’s personal immunization schedule.
We also offer immunizations to adults who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have complex medical health conditions including asplenia, HSCT, CART therapy, HIV, chronic kidney or liver disease and malignant neoplasm
- Are candidates or recipients of solid organ or islet cell transplant
- Have no medical service plan
- Require vaccines which are in limited supply and not easily accessible via pharmacy (i.e. Mpox vaccine)

Booking for your infant or child
All children coming for Routine Vaccines are also eligible to receive their COVID-19 immunizations. If your child only requires a COVID and/or flu vaccine only, please book at Get Vaccinated.-

Prepare you or your child for the appointment
- For children under 2 years old, we invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to weigh and measure your child prior to your appointment time.
- If your child has been immunized at a physician’s office or out of the province, we may not have the record of those immunizations. Submit your health record online or call us to report those immunizations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Without a current immunization history, we may need to use your appointment time for planning and may need to book a separate appointment for immunization due to time constraints.

- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
The clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Hours may vary for specific services or programs, please refer to the specific service or program to confirm hours.
