Smoking policy
No smoking in residents’ rooms or anywhere in the building. Visitors and family members are not allowed to smoke on the property. Smoking restrictions are strictly enforced.
Safety and security
Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms and elevators. Security cameras are located in designated areas throughout the building and in the underground parking. A wander guard system is in place for residents who cannot leave the building without supervision. A security system monitors the care home in the evening, and visitors must ring the doorbell to enter the care home once the security system has been activated.
