Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

Offers one-time psychiatrist consultation for for adults aged 19 and older for diagnostic clarification and/or medication review. Recommendations are forwarded to family physician or Nurse Practitioner.

    • Richmond residents aged 19 and older.
  • Get a referral

    RACC requires a completed Richmond MHSU referral form from a midwife, physician or nurse practitioner.  Please call Richmond Central Intake at (604) 204-1111 for more information.

Parking information

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.

Rapid Access Consult Clinics (RACCs) provide access to psychiatric consultation for adults aged 19 and over to provide your family doctor or nurse practitioner with treatment recommendations.
