Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

This program offers client-centered, recovery-oriented service for clients who have a primary complex substance use diagnosis causing functional impairments in daily life. Services may include case management, counselling, psychiatry, and general medicine.

How to access

    Richmond resident aged 19 and older with a primary complex substance use diagnosis who have difficulties engaging with in-office counselling.

Parking and transportation

Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.  

Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
