Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

Transitions provides assessment and treatment services with substance use (including alcohol or drugs) or mental health concerns (including mood and anxiety).

Assessment and treatment services for Richmond residents aged 19 and over with:

  • Substance use and/or mental health concerns
  • Services may include individual and/or group counselling, psychiatric assessment (anti-craving and concurrent disorders), referral/advocacy, acupuncture

    Residents of Richmond aged 19 and older with substance use (including alcohol and/or drugs) and/or mental health concerns (including mood and anxiety issues.)

  • Get a referral or self-refer

    Self-referrals are welcomed by calling Central Intake at (604) 244-5488 or on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

    Some services may require a referral from a health professional or family doctor.

Parking and transportation

Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.  

Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
