A weekly support group that offers a safe place, open hearts, affirmation and hope to individuals who have experienced loss.

What to expect

Group members can expect to feel supported and heard and to be given opportunities to express themselves through reflection and learning.

The group will meet for six sessions on Tuesday evenings. Group start dates will vary.
