How to access

  • Get a referral

    A doctor's referral is required to access our services.  Have your care provider complete the Bladder Care Referral form and fax the completed form to (604) 822-6984.

  • Friday:   7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

Bladder Care Centre is closed on statutory holidays.
