Richmond has one phone number for anyone of any age to call for help finding non-life-threatening mental health or substance use support if you live or stay in Richmond.

Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages.

Our team can connect you to the right services or resources when you connect with us. Services support children, youth, adults, and older adults. Some services will require a referral from a physician, midwife or nurse practitioner. Please speak to our intake team for more details.

  • Adults: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or 1 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Children and youth: Tuesdays 2 to 4 p.m.

The clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Hours may vary for specific services or programs, please refer to the specific service or program to confirm hours.

Parking and transportation

Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.  

Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
