VCH Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use has several programs and services to support children, youth, adults and older adults. Our Central Intake team is here to offer information and help connect you to the service that will best meet your needs.

Call our Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111 Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages.

Drop in 

Drop in to Richmond Place - 8100 Granville, unit 620, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages.

When you call or drop in, our team can connect you to the right services or resources when you need them and where you need them. Services support children, youth, adults, and older adults. Some services will require a referral from a physician, midwife or nurse practitioner. You can speak to our intake team for more details.

 

Parking and transportation

Parking access to the parkade driveway is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue. 

Pay parking is available on 1st two levels of the parkade – pay machine on 1st level.
