Brief descriptions
Depression
Disorder related to low mood or inability to control or regulate emotional responses. Symptoms include low mood, change in the amount of sleep, difficulty concentrating, and loss of interest in activities.
Anxiety
Disorder where anxiety comes up often and is hard to manage. There are different types of anxiety disorders.
Dysthymia
Disorder similar to depression but symptoms are milder and last for a longer period.
Bipolar Disorder
Disorder depression, mania (elevated mood, extreme irritability, little need for sleep) and feeling normal are experienced.
